Distribute the document to another party. Avoids copies where possible.

Task DeliverDocument(DocumentId documentId, FileId fileId, Addressee receiverAddress, bool deferred = false, string comment = "")

Parameters

documentId DocumentId

DocId.

fileId FileId

Only if appropriate.

receiverAddress Addressee

The party the document is to be delivered to. Not all transport ways allow sub addressing, it may be ignored.

deferred bool

special option for NGS only.

comment string

optional Comment.
