Inbox-Importer: holt Inbox-Einträge per
ImportTransportDocumentFromInbox(DocumentId, bool, bool) bzw.
ImportDocumentToFileAreaFromInbox(DocumentId, PrivacyLevel) ab,
optional gefiltert nach document_type. Server-seitiges Auto-Match
auf existierende lokale Dokumente — keine Client-seitige Lookup-Logik.
